Our Sliding Fee schedule is based to client's income. Our general guideline is $100-140 hourly, for co-facilitated sessions and $130 for one and a half hours, as to benefit two or more clients to be heard and have their needs met.

Relationship therapy can be more powerfully engaged in when there are two facilitators, as we structure it, where there is a gender balance; which accesses the differences in feminine and masculine communication styles.

We specialize in relationships within the Queer Community:
Lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans-gender, transsexual, gender-queer, and non-identified non-heterosexual.
Within alternative lifestyles:
DS/SM, Leather, Kink community: exploring sub personalities power exchange relationships
Poly-amory, -fidelitous -gamy:
primary/secondary partnerships triad, quad, shared or separate relationship arrangements
Relationship & Family Work:
People in relationships who find themselves engaged in frequent conflict, unsatisfying communication patterns, and other struggles where relationships can be more supportive and healthy.

Individual Counselling:

Through an initial meeting, individuals and therapist/facilitator decide how to best understand concerns through a combination of emotional processing and deep communication.

Parent Counselling :

Healthy communication styles in child rearing, parenting skills, relationship stability, blended families, co-parenting, boundaries, house rules and many others.

Group Therapy:

Facilitated group sessions are available as community need arises on topics such as: healthy relationships, teen conflict, boundaries and relationships, self esteem, harm-reduction addictions, past family violence or others as requested.

Art Therapy:

Uses the creative process of making art to improve and enhance the wellbeing of individuals of all ages. It is based on the belief that the creative process involved in artistic self expression helps people to resolve conflicts and problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behaviour, reduce stress, increase self esteem and self awareness, and achieve insight.

About Forrest

I am an out poly-amorous bisexual who completed graduate studies in Seattle. I have worked in the queer community for many years, facilitating groups, and doing psycho- educational trainings. I have Registered Professional standing with the B.C. Art Therapy Association. I incorporate powerful personal imagery asubconscious exploration into sessions. I have completed advanced training in Process Psychology and Post- Master's sexual and gender minority training. I utilize art and creative expression therapies, and co-create treatment plans and goals to assist my clients. I am passionate about maintaining sensitivity, awareness, and consultation of multicultural/ subcultural world views of the people I see.

About Drew

I am a Reverend in good standing of the Universal Life Church Monastery, a religious organization that supports individuals rights to unique and various beliefs and practices chosen by those individuals. I have been a peer counselor, volunteer community therapist, bisexual group facilitator, and life coach for a number of years. I have completed extensive training within the DS/SM community and have a deep understanding of the positive use of the personal freedom and exploration that accompanies power exchange roles and self exploration.
