Ideally, we see everyone in the community participating by playing a role that they enjoy and that benefits themselves as well as the community. This is an attempt to avoid expectations saddled on us by a society who values Western-centric, male-dominated fields, as higher status. We are planning to be a model for a new way to live that is more self-sustaining. We will work hard, have fun, learn form one another, have time to pursue our interests, be connected to intentionality as we each define that (be it spirituality or other ways of understanding), and have quality time with our families, friends and neighbours. We will support each other: emotionally, with shelter, with food, health care, education, expanding our minds, and more. Most Importantly, we believe that direction and leadership is developed through interconnectedness and community based discussion, therefore, no one is considered the "Leader"

Note - All that is "known" now will be moved to contributions as the project evolves.
